Exercises to tone eyes muscles
Like other body muscles, our eyes muscles also need exercise to work properly. Like other body parts, muscles of our eyes also get tired; therefore, they need rest to regain the strength. ● Try to see as far as possible. Practice this exercise around five minutes a day. While doing this exercise, you must blink your eyes as soon as your eyes start showing stress. Blink the eyes and again see as far as possible. Repeat it for five minutes in the morning and five minutes in the evening.
● Take a pencil or a pen (or something with a pointed tip) in hand, make the tip of the pen a target with your eyes, and start starring it while taking it away (slowly) from your eyes.
Now, take it closer to your eyes slowly while starring the tip of the pen. While taking the pen away or bringing it close to your eyes, your vision will be faded many times in the way. At that time, just blink your eyes and keep on doing the exercise for at least 10 minutes a day.
● Another point is not an exercise but a must to do daily activity to keep eyes healthy. Wash your eyes with natural cold water at least twice a day. Doing this will take impurities out from the eyes.
● Rub both of your palms for few seconds and place them on your eyes for a moment. Repeat this for 15 minutes a day. You can do this any time you want.
Besides, from these exercises, do not forget to give proper rest to your eyes. You must take eight hours of sleep every day. Moreover, you must know the reasons behind the reduced eye vision.
