Step 1: Select Start > Control Panel.

Step 2: Double click the Mail icon. If you do not see the Mail icon then click the Switch to Classic View link in the left panel and click the Mail icon.

Step 3: Click the Show Profiles button.

Step 4: Click the Add button.

Step 5: Type a name for the email profile in the Profile Name text box and click the OK button.

Step 6: Select the Manually configure server settings or additional server types check box.

Step 7: Click the Next button.

Step 8: Select the Microsoft Exchange option and click the Next button.

Step 9: Type the name of the Exchange Server in the Microsoft Exchange Server text box.

Step 10: Type the name of your mailbox that the Exchange administrator has set up for you.

Step 11: Click the Next button.

Step 12: Click the Finish button.

Step 13: Now, click the Always use this profile option and select the recently created Outlook profile in the drop-down list.

Step 13: Click the Apply button.

Step 14: Click the OK button.

Step 15: Launch Microsoft Outlook.
