Steps for how to resize an image in Adobe Photoshop

Resizing an image in Adobe Photoshop is much easier as sayign one, two, and three. A few simple steps and image will be resized qucikly. And, once it is resized, you can save it in the format you want like .jpg, .png, etc.

Here are the steps that you need to execute to resize an image:

Step 1: Open an image that you want to resize.

Step 2: Click Image > Image Size, as shown in below Figure:

“Image Size” dialog box appears, as shown in below figure:

Step 3: Enter a new width for the image in the Width field. Height will be changed proportionally. If you want to set height manually then UNCHECK the “Constrain Proportions” check box.

Step 4: Once width and height is set, click OK button. Image is resized.

Step 5: Click File > Save to save the resized image.
